Mechanical Engineer

Job Description STV's Energy Division has an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer in our Douglassville office.   Responsibilities:   Prepare specifications, data sheets, bid packages and bid evaluation for mechanical equipment such as pumps, meter skids, provers, tanks, valves etc.  Review/ approve technical and vendor drawings Review and help prepare Process Flow Diagrams and P&ID's, general arrangements and piping drawings Pipe sizing, hydraulics and pump selection   Assist in cost estimate and schedule development Interface with piping designers and other disciplines   Qualifications:   Bachelor of Science degree 8 to 15 years Oil and Gas industry or similar experience Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to acquire license Knowledge of industry standards such as B31.3, B31.4, B31.8 etc.  Knowledge of Caesar Pipe Stress Analysis program (preferred) Knowledge of surge analysis (preferred) Knowledge of Stoner and Pipe-Flo programs (preferred) Tracking Code 4519-872

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
