Project Civil Engineer

Job Description STV, Inc. has a great opportunity for a Project Civil Engineer to join our Buildings and Facilities Division at our Douglassville, PA office (located about 30 minutes northwest of King of Prussia, PA)!   Essential duties will include:   Preparation of construction documents, technical specifications, stormwater management and conveyance system design calculations & reports Obtaining project permitting & approvals (including Zoning, Land Development, PennDOT HOP, E&S and NPDES) Preparing construction cost estimates and reports.   Experience with AutoTurn software, ARC Map/GIS, Infraworks, USGBC LEED certification, and experience with LEED design projects is also highly desirable. Required Skills Successful candidates must possess: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering & PE license 5+ years of relevant experience in site/civil design of commercial, educational, industrial and/or government facilities projects Basic AutoCAD knowledge and Civil 3D experience desired (microstation/InRoads experience plus) Design experience in site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, erosion & sediment control, and site utilities A propensity to adapt to working in diverse local & national projects and willingness to learn Ability to take on project lead responsibilities and work independently as well as working with other team members Knowledge of both Rational Method and TR-55 methodology for stormwater runoff calculations Knowledge of interpreting local codes, ordinances, obtain permits and land development approvals and other design guidelines Proven ability to complete tasks on time Excellent verbal and written communication skills Tracking Code 3630-872

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
