Duties include data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable, reconciling vendor statements and homeowners a/r accounts, preparing financial statements/reports and preparing re-sale documents.
Will be responsible for customer service inquiries from the homeowners regarding their accounts, property maintenance requests, and information regarding homeowner association documents.
Candidate should be a self starter capable of handling a variety of tasks and projects.
Flexible hours, Paid time off, Ability to occasionally work remotely.
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Yardi a plus.
