Senior Operations Specialist - Health & Safety

DescriptionSTV is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist - Health & Safety to work directly with the Corporate Health & Safety Director.
This position is designated as hybrid can be located in any of our national offices, preferably on the east coast.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Administer activities in the following disciplines consistent with STV policies & procedures:
Insurance Claim submissions, management, and follow up, including 3rd party claims, repair facility scheduling, and claims tracking from initial reports through completion of repairs and paymentsSubstance Abuse Drug & Alcohol management including scheduling and communicating results with Human ResourcesFleet Management (TBD)Health & Safety training - processing assignments, tracking, and follow upHASP administration functions, including document preparation, updates, and implementationAnalyze problems, determine approach, compile and analyze data, and prepare reports/recommendationsDrive company strategy, align teams, and deliver on multiple interconnected operations projectsAct as liaison between various departments, facilitating cross-team collaboration and understandingOrganize and track projects, proactively manage risks, manage project escalations, prioritize tasks, and meet specific business objectivesAdditional duties assigned as necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 6
years of relevant experienceMust have expertise in all MS Office Applications, including Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and others.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
